Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Use of the Site by or on behalf of any entity requires authority to bind that entity.

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include reviewing information about CosmoChute's platform, submitting genuine business enquiries, and accessing publicly available resources.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws, regulations, or export-control requirements
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any systems connected to the Site
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material
• Impersonate CosmoChute, its employees, partners, or any other person or entity
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, software, technical data, mission descriptions, and the Programme and its systems names and designs is the exclusive property of CosmoChute or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to CosmoChute. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other proprietary marks without our prior written consent.

You are permitted to view and print a single copy of Site pages for your personal, non-commercial reference only, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

Confidentiality and Technical Information

CosmoChute operates in a highly sensitive deep-technology sector. Any technical, commercial, or operational information disclosed through the Site or in connection with partnership discussions is provided for the sole purpose of evaluating potential collaboration. You agree to keep such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without our written consent.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a disclosure or licence of any patented, patent-pending, or trade-secret technology.

Partnership and Commercial Enquiries

Submission of a partnership or payload hosting enquiry through the Site does not create any contractual obligation, exclusivity, or commitment on the part of CosmoChute. All commercial arrangements require a separate, duly executed written agreement. CosmoChute reserves the right to accept or decline any enquiry at its sole discretion.

Mission timelines, technical specifications, and programme milestones are subject to change without notice. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COSMOCHUTE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Export Control and Regulatory Compliance

By using the Site or engaging with CosmoChute, you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any entity or individual in, a jurisdiction subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit such engagement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
