Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to CosmoChute. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other proprietary marks without our prior written consent.
You are permitted to view and print a single copy of Site pages for your personal, non-commercial reference only, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.
Confidentiality and Technical Information
CosmoChute operates in a highly sensitive deep-technology sector. Any technical, commercial, or operational information disclosed through the Site or in connection with partnership discussions is provided for the sole purpose of evaluating potential collaboration. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
